Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve targeting and measure outcomes. Define the data elements and data structures to enable analytical and reporting capabilities for our business development team. Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into an actionable format. Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions. Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to build rapid solutions. Be hands-on with SQL to build analyses and contribute to the better understanding of our customer behavior. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: data analysis; use of metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases; using MS- SQL; manipulating large data sets in a database; and advanced proficiency in Excel, including VBA, Pivot Tables, Array Functions, and Power Pivots.
