The Microsoft 365 Insights, Data Engineering and Analytics Team is looking for a passionate, creative, analytical and experienced Marketing Analyst who loves big data, is curious to explore and unveil insights and opportunities that impact key business decisions. Our team provides the data and insights needed to run and grow the Office business. This work includes: Providing holistic, customer and business insights across our Go to Market portfolio Understanding the health of the O365 subscription business across all channels and segments and proactively bringing recommendations for improvement Providing data and insights for modern marketing and sales , where in the customer lifecycle should we interact, who should we interact with, how should we interact Land descriptive and predictive models that will enable an optimized customer experience Designing measurement frameworks that standardize Go to Market reporting and insights across the full portfolio of programs . Work with data engineering

This position is a key role that provides thought leadership around actionable insights for our B2B marketing funnels, and B2B lead lifecycles including buyer journey measurement, lead and account insights, as well as lead generation marketing program measurement and effectiveness. This role will also drive initiatives to measure and optimize business models and health as well as pre-sales and post-sales activities of our users. The scope includes understanding and monitoring key metrics and ongoing analyses to inform overall strategy for acquisition, usage, and retention of our users. Also includes
3+ years' hand s on experience in marketing analytics with proven quantitative orientation Bachelor's degree in computer science or a quantitative field required/Master's degree Expertise in B2B marketing acquisition, campaigns, marketing automation, content marketing, and digital marketing strongly preferred Advanced working knowledge of large data manipulation and data mining using SQL/Cosmos Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as visualization tools (familiarity with Power BI preferred) Exceptional problem solving, technical and data analysis skills Proven e ffective ness in stakeholder
