Analyze and interpret large volumes of Amazon’s historical business data for specific industry instances and broader trends. Design, develop and evaluate highly innovative models for business management. Work closely with software engineering teams and operations staff to optimize business processes and operations. Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation. Track general business activity, and provide regular management reporting. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or as a Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Miner or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): Processing large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources; using SQL, ETL or Oracle; performing statistical analysis; developing automated reporting.
