· 4+ years of experience in BI, Finance, HRIT, or related field · 4+ years of experience implementing and/or supporting HR or related systems · 4+ years relevant program and project management experience · Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or related field · Experience implementing and providing support for recruiting and onboarding solutions in large-scale, complex environments · Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel · Excellent written and verbal communications skills · Ability to travel globally up to 15% · Master’s Degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related
