Finance HR provides world class HR service to the ~3,400 managers and employees worldwide reporting to the company's Chief Financial Officer. The team partners closely with the Finance Leadership Team to set the People Plan and People Priorities for the organization, as well as to deliver people programs—currently Early Talent, Management Excellence, Diversity and Inclusion, and the Talent Council—to improve organizational effectiveness and to advance business results. We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager with strong business program management and partnership skills to partner with the leads of each people program, HR managers, executive sponsors, and business leaders to accelerate the people programs'

Key Responsibilities Strategy and Planning Set the vision, direction, and objectives across all Finance people programs to accelerate the organization's People Priorities. Identify opportunities to drive cross-group collaboration and synergies across the people programs and manage cross-functional teams of stakeholders to develop program strategy. Business Process Define, coordinate, and lead the rhythm of the business (ROB) for the people programs and ensure alignment with the broader ROB for Finance and HR. Create centralized resources (e.g., calendars, SharePoint/Teams sites, walking decks,
Qualifications BA/BS degree in business, human resources, or a related discipline. 8-10 years of experience in business operations, business program management, or HR program management. Ability to think strategically in a structured manner and to land business plans and recommendations with business partners at a senior executive level. Strong focus on execution excellence and ability to manage multiple projects of varying scope and complexity simultaneously.
