The Training and Certification team is seeking a Senior Business Operations leader to support our Product Development team, enabling customer, partner and amazon employee success across our learning technology platform. This is an opportunity for an experienced operations leader to provide business operations excellence for technologies that will enable AWS and Amazon to reach employees and customers around the world with innovative online training programs. You will lead the creation and formalization of the Product Development playbook, which includes establishing operational controls, dashboards, operational metrics, analysis tools, and reports to support technology development and product management required to sustain the rapid growth of the Training and Certification business. This role is fundamental to the success of the Training and Certification business as we work to drive scalable operational mechanisms, create strategic narratives and run an operational cadence to enable rapid

· 12+ years of operations management and customer success experience in a mid-size or large company with a proven track record of successful delivery. · 8+ years of experience integrating with software development teams practicing Agile or Kanban. · Bachelor's or a Master’s Degree or the equivalent required.· Customer obsession and excellent expectation management abilities. · Proven record of innovation and thought leadership. · Experience communicating and gaining business agreements across internal and external organizations. · Ability to convey operational status and issues to multiple levels
