Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of ecommerce and advertising, offering a rich array of digital advertising solutions with the goal of helping our customers find and discover anything they want to buy. Advertising Sales Ops team partners with world-wide sales and marketing teams to uncover new opportunities for acquiring, growing and retaining advertisers. In order to accomplish this we leverage the wealth of Amazon’s information on advertiser base, vendors, marketplace sellers, ad agencies, sales activities from CRM systems and other signals. We are a growing and diverse team with high levels of autonomy and executive visibility. We are looking for a Program Manager to develop insights from sales rep activities and won/lost pitched opportunities and provide inputs to product and operations teams to improve our advertiser experience. The incumbent will also manage analytics programs of Sales Ops function such as 'Advertiser Account Foundation' and 'Input/Output Insights'

· BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or engineering · 4+ years of relevant financial/business analysis in a fast paced environment · Advanced Excel skills · Advanced analytic, financial modeling and reporting skills · Knowledge of SQL or ETL · Excellent written and verbal communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams· MBA · Experience in online advertising · Experience supporting sales operations Amazon is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative Action Employer – Minority / Female / Disability /
