Amazon Air is seeking motivated self-starters to innovate in the air cargo performance space to ensure that our aviation network continues to delight customers with fast and accurate delivery. You will work across the organization and partner with third party vendors to identify and implement air and ground solutions to large, global, and complex problems in the air package delivery space. The Program Manager will be responsible to identify, design, develop, and execute new processes, policies, goals and solutions that increase delivery efficiency, reduce errors, decrease costs, and improve the company’s overall transportation program, specifically relating to air. This position will bring impact by developing scalable long-term solutions that improve performance and streamline operations in a growing air network. · Bachelor’s degree in aviation, business, operations management, engineering or related field · 7+ years of progressive program management, service performance, or logistics responsibilities · Master's degree or foreign equivalency in Business Administration, Engineering, or operations management · Extensive experience in the ground transportation, freight forwarding, airline, cargo ground handling or air freight industry · Developing or managing complex logistical processes · Knowledge of air logistics operating systems and/or Supply Chain Management software Amazon is an Equal Opportunity-Affirmative
