Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) is a team of highly experienced logistics professionals, carrier specialists and program managers focused on improving the speed and reliability of Amazon’s cross-border logistics capabilities. We have an opening for a Supply Chain Manager on the Launch and Integration team within Amazon Global Logistics-Inbound. This role will help enable movement of products throughout Amazon’s global fulfillment network around the world. Capabilities developed will promote Amazon vendors to reach markets at the right pace and lowest cost in order to expand selection and decrease prices for Amazon's customers. The candidate will support the growing Import Operations team by developing new processes and systems to drive efficiencies, building out origin/destination logistics and transportation services, incorporating new capabilities into existing operations and managing the overall implementation pipeline to ensure seamless integration of new volume, new providers and new
· BA or BS in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field. · 5+ years of increasing responsibility in import transportation product leadership. · Experience managing multiple cross-functional workstreams in highly matrixed environments. · Quantitative analysis skills (including deep knowledge of Excel and SQL). · Experience managing retail inbound supply chain. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences across all levels. · Ability to estimate, schedule and track projects; proactively
