We are searching for an individual focused on Storefront Marketing and Customer Experience (CX) for our transactional video on demand business. The role will help improve our digital video business and create innovative and engaging customer experiences across our website, mobile devices, and connected living room devices. The Storefront Marketing and CX specialist will be responsible for driving a best in class customer experience by overseeing and influencing discovery of transactional video; as well as crafting plans for targeting and launching seasonal promotional campaigns; and influencing messaging, content segmentation, and customer segmentation strategies to increase engagement rates across our

· 2+ years of marketing experience · Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements • BA in Marketing, Business or related field required • Experience understanding and articulating customer behavior • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, improve processes, solve problems, and collaborate with people • Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and determine improvements • Knowledge of Excel • Aptitude for organization • Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong bias for action and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines•
