We are searching for a Marketing Manager focused on Campaign Management and Storefront Customer Experience (CX) for our Originals business. The role will help improve our digital video business and create innovative and engaging customer experiences across our website, mobile devices, and connected living room devices. The Storefront CX and Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving a best in class customer experience by overseeing and influencing the launches of Amazon Prime Video Originals; as well as crafting plans for targeting and launching seasonal promotional campaigns; and influencing messaging, content segmentation, and customer segmentation strategies to increase engagement rates across

· 3+ years of marketing experience · Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements • BA in Marketing, Business or related field required • Experience assessing creative and customer messaging • 5+ years relevant work experience in roles requiring data analysis, process improvements, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration • Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to measure performance and determine improvements • Knowledge of Excel • Aptitude for organization • Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong bias for action
