Microsoft Teams is improving workplace collaboration and communication by helping organizations move from an array of disparate apps to a single, secure hub that brings together what teams need, including chat, meetings, and calling, all with native integration to the Office 365 apps and services. Over the last two years, Teams has witnessed incredible growth and momentum– and it's only accelerating. We're looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to help drive new growth by scaling market awareness and leadership perception of Teams. You will own and architect integrated campaigns that drive awareness and familiarity of Teams among core end user audiences, including business decision makers, end users, and IT professionals. You'll partner across Marketing, PR, and Brand to develop stories that speak to the product truth and customer experience, focusing on what differentiates Teams from its competitors. Responsibilities: • Partner with PR and Brand to develop integrated thought leadership campaigns to drive awareness and share of voice with business decision makers and influential press outlets, respectively • Partner with Global Advertising team to develop cross channel awareness campaigns for Microsoft Teams that scale globally • Nurture influential brand partnerships that help extend the Teams narrative to new channels and audiences • Provide insights on product differentiation and customer habits to inform campaign messages • Lead the digital strategy for campaigns, coordinating tactics across
Qualifications: • 5+ years in marketing and communications experience • Demonstrated ability to work with agencies and aligned internal groups • A passion for technology and the ability to translate technology into compelling marketing • Familiar with a broad set of channels for engaging a diverse audience, from earned and paid media to events and social media • Diplomatic communicator who can help a diverse group of people across a range of job disciplines come to consensus • Self-awareness, the ability to be self-critical and a strong desire to learn and grow • Ability to manage multiple projects
