The Amazon Smart Home Services is looking for an analytical, customer-obsessed individual with great relationship management and solution design skills to join our team as a Solutions Architect. The person in this role will use their experience to lead the development of unique partner experiences and requirements by designing aspects of the product and process we deliver to them. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and highly entrepreneurial, with a passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into solutions that address these needs. He/she should have demonstrated the ability to deeply understand customer requirements and influence his or her organization to advocate for change coupled with a track record of successful solution design and implementation.
