· 4+ years of experience in a food manufacturing setting, with at least 2 years as a manager · Experience with various methods of food preparation, including scratch cooking, multi-component food prep, working with frozen products, portioning and various packaging methods · Ability to audit and assess food quality, exact portioning weights, following packaging procedures · Knowledge and experience managing food safety regulations and training · Ability to obtain a valid Washington state food worker card · Bachelor's degree · Strong computer skills and experience working with digital tools · Passion
