· 10+ years experience working on developing new hardware products covering mechanical domain with some electronics packaging · 2+ years experience managing hardware development projects · 2+ years experience managing and introduction to manufacturing of electro-mechanical devices · Experience managing teams of 5+ people · Proven experience taking 3 or more products from concept to production and into sustaining · Proven ability to use manufacturing and field data to drive design and manufacturing process improvement · Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
