The AWS Creative team is looking for a Video Producer to own high visibility video projects from intake to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the overall project pipeline; deciding when to use internal resources vs agencies and/or production companies. You will be responsible for setting budgets and schedules while making sure the creative delivers to the business objectives. A successful candidate will have both strong creative sensibilities and knows the ins-and-outs of video production. You measure your projects’ effectiveness and are willing to propose changes in process and creativity to deliver the highest quality video work and then measure its success metrics. You will constantly be pushing the envelope both creatively and technically in the video world. · 5-7+ years of video production experience in marketing, advertising, or entertainment · · Link or access to portfolio of work showcasing outstanding creative execution · · Experience with running multiple high-level video productions at once · · Expertise in production budgeting and scheduling · · Experience with hands-on video pre-production, production, and post production workflows. · A strong network of agencies and production companies · · An understanding of the customer journey · · An understanding of social media; how to use video and what the expected outcomes are · · Proven track record
