We are looking to expand our team with account management-oriented program managers who can navigate complex business issues and provide insight and guidance on digitally transformational engineering projects. As a member of the account management PM team, you will be responsible for validating and driving highly visible solutions inside some of the most innovative companies that are recognized leaders and visionaries in their industries,

Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Engaging senior business and engineering leaders inside Microsoft to help navigate complex and sometimes organizationally sensitive situations at customer accounts. Immerse yourself in the customer's business to help them navigate the Microsoft cloud so they understand the value of our technology in context of their business pain points. Partner closely with our global accounts teams to set the standard in helping customers see Microsoft as a technology partner as opposed to a software vendor. The ideal candidate will have: Demonstrated skill and finesse in adjusting your style, tone and approach to win favor and foster collaboration and trust with colleagues and customers. Extreme belief that strong teams deliver best results. Exceptional leadership skills, community building and evangelism traits. A track record of working closely with development, sales and services teams in high pressure, highly visible engagements either inside or outside Microsoft.
