Shopping Experience team Sr Financial Analyst
Amazon.com seeks a Sr Financial Analyst to be a key partner for the high growth Video Advertising business supporting Amazon Live and Video Shopping Experience teams. This position will own financial support for our shoppable live streaming program on Amazon for both Amazon produced streams from our New York studio and Brand produced streams through our Amazon Live Creator app. It will also support our Video Shopping Experiences team, which own incorporating videos in the shopping journey for Amazon customers. The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for overall financial modeling and analysis during requirements planning and business reviews, product development, and new product launches. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, detail oriented, and has the ability to work well with cross-functional teams including studio production, ad sales, product development, and software development. He or she will simultaneously be focused on the business
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in business, finance, engineering or a related field and a minimum 5+ years of finance experience, OR master’s degree and 3+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.· Advanced Excel · Analytic, financial modeling or reporting skills required · Solid business judgment capable of driving an organization to the right results with a focused, pragmatic, approach to the business · Experience operating successfully in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and have the ability to influence the decisions of senior
