We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to work with two 2-pizza teams and launch a new strategic business initiative. You will develop a thorough understanding of independent publishing and digital reading, and partner with key stakeholders to define and deliver the best in class experience for authors and readers. You will drive the roadmap of multiple product and technical solutions involving author and reader customer experience across multiple devices, content cataloging and delivery, payments, royalties, and reporting, and more. You will serve as a technical leader, engaging with partner teams across the company, aligning requirements,
· BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent industry experience · 7+ years of industry experience · 5+ years of management or TPM experience · Experience and proficiency with web/mobile technologies and tools · Experience working with payments, finance, or accounting related systems · Superior project management and organizational skills · Strong customer focus and ability to demonstrate pragmatic decision-making · Strong ability to deal with ambiguity; flexible and adaptive to changing priorities and requirements · Experience with project delivery for large, cross-functional projects
