Azure Artifacts (part of Azure DevOps) is looking for a Senior Program Manager who can identify the most compelling customer problems to be solved in the artifact management and code sharing spaces and then create and deliver innovative solutions that scale to the world's largest software teams. As a program manager on the Azure Artifacts team, you'll work with a growing agile team (8-16 engineers) to ship weekly updates to Azure DevOps and the products around it. Your role will consist of: • Engaging with customers through visits, conferences, and countless other forums • Identifying and designing the product that addresses the right customer problems • Working closely with your engineers to develop the product and drive adoption in key communities • Helping set the strategic direction for the team and influencing the strategy of the Azure DevOps platform
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
