Specialty Recruiting (SR), comprised of Amazon’s Executive, Strategic (Science and Design), and SWAT (Principal, Senior Principal, and Distinguished Engineers) recruiting teams, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a new Search Accelerator Team. In this role, you’ll set organization-wide strategic direction, envision, create and run programs that accelerate hiring from several critical channels. To begin, the Accelerator Team will focus on the Employee Referral channel, our strongest source of hire. The Accelerator Team will re-invent how we tap Amazonian networks to generate employee referrals with the PM driving the vision! In this role, the PM will completely re-design the way Specialty Recruiting seeks referrals, building a mechanism to proactively surface referrals for top job searches. This is a highly visible role that will own goals reported across the organization and will impact Specialty Recruiting’s strongest source of hire across multiple lines of business. The role

· Experience building new programs or processes from scratch · Experience improving the effectiveness of and running experiments in a talent acquisition channel · Bachelor's Degree in Business or other relevant field; or equivalent experience · 5+ years of project management experience · 5+ years of experience managing recruiting programs · Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and deliver results · Strong written and verbal communication with experience presenting to senior management · Strong focus and attention to detail; the ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced
