Come define the future of Amazon Alexa and voice-powered connected devices by joining the Alexa Skills Consumer Engagement team. We are looking for an experienced, customer obsessed PM and business owner to optimize our Business Operations. You will be responsible for developing/managing new initiatives to drive increased skills usage on additional Alexa endpoints (e.g. Fire TV, Tablet), and supporting efforts to manage our existing selection across strategic categories. You will drive alignment across teams investing in these categories and manage the growth of these categories, ensuring we have the right set of skills available, identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, and defining additional growth levers. You must be able to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (working closely with cross-functional teams to drive ideas to completion). The ideal candidate will have strong ownership, strong ability to
· 5+ years experience in ecommerce, product management, or marketing · Experience working with vendors or clients · Master of Business Administration (MBA)· Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfortable interacting with all levels of organization · A strong team player – comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders · Effectively influence both technical and non-technical audiences up to the senior executive level · Excel at invent and simplify and comfortable with ambiguity
