Our vision is to create a simple, fun and natural voice-based experience – to set users free by giving them frictionless access to Alexa’s wealth of information and services. The Alexa Voice Services (AVS) team is looking for a Senior Manager of Product Management to own strategy, customer experience, and to deliver key features that accelerate our growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing best-in-class experiences in a fast-paced environment, using data to iterate and improve. You will work closely with science, engineering, and product management teams (internal and external) to successfully drive design from early concepts to launch. In this role you will need to deliver results across several product segments – operating at all levels of the organization. The experiences you will craft require ambitious thinking and
· Bachelor's degree · 10+ years of relevant work experience, including management of non-technical and technical resources · Experience solving problems using an analytical and data-driven approach · Experience delivering quantifiable results in a collaborative work environment spanning multiple (at least 3) teams/divisions · Accomplished range of skills from high-level strategic thinking to detailed analysis · High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously · Superior verbal and written communications skills · MBA · Experience with consumer electronics
