The Customer Contributor team is looking for a seasoned Product Manager who is passionate about making contributing on Amazon fun and rewarding. The Customer Contributor PM is someone who is excited to experiment and prove out the contributor flywheel, while helping shoppers discover new products and make more confident purchase decisions. We are looking for someone who can use both anecdotes and quantitative analysis to drive product strategy. You will be responsible for thinking big to identify experiments and new product ideas to encourage customers to create content (like reviews, shoppable photos, idea lists, answers) on Amazon. You will experiment and use your learnings to define the product roadmap and you will work with software engineers to deliver operationally excellent software. · Bachelor Degree in business, technology or related field · 5+ years of product management or related roles, demonstrating an increasing scope of organizational and business impact· MBA or related Masters · Track record of delivering large-scale, consumer-facing products and experiences · Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels · Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in fast-paced, global environments · High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
