We are looking for an analytical and inventive PM and business owner to optimize our marketing operations and drive customer focus. You will define business requirements needed for scaling the Skills business, and lead multiple projects focused on automating processes, building new tools and customer facing programs, and identifying ways to accelerate the growth of Alexa Skills. Your efforts will help scale the business while driving customer engagement and retention, and improving overall customer experience.
