The role: The Senior Manager, Product Management will be responsible for creating, refining, and driving a global product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams at Lab126 and the Devices Organization. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strategic aptitude, executional talent, and advanced communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize features based on customer feedback and business needs; think critically and analytically about stakeholder input; challenge commonly-held assumptions and reimagine the status-quo; make high-judgement decisions independently in ambiguous situations; and translate data into digestible business intelligence
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, systems engineering, MIS, or a related field · 5+ years of experience as a manager of product managers · 10+ years of experience as a product manager (developing, defining, managing, and executing new products) · Experience taking ownership and driving results · Experience in financial modeling, for both cost and revenue · Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience · Advanced knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn · 3+ years as a systems engineer, storage engineer, solutions architect or software engineer · 10+ years
