Want to transform the way people enjoy podcasts on Alexa? The Spoken Word team within Alexa Entertainment is building new experiences from the ground up around this great content. We are looking for a product manager for podcasts who will look after product roadmaps and features based on team strategy and vision. You will also build end-to-end plans to improve performance and customer engagement. This role is inherently cross-functional. You will work closely with other product managers, engineering, design, business development, external partners, marketing and executive teams. If you are looking for an opportunity to start in on the ground floor and do a lot of white space thinking, then this role is for you. A successful candidate will have a passion for improving the customer experience, a knack for identifying creative solutions to problems, and the entrepreneurial grit to get things done! Key Responsibilities: · Develop product requirements, working alongside engineers and UX designers
- Bachelor’s degree - 5+ years of product management/product marketing experience - Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products/services and projects on tight deadlines · Experience coordinating product development cycles, complex projects, and launching products to customers · Experience delivering go to market and co-marketing plans · MBA or Master’s degree · Experience working with content providers and/or third-party developers · Passion for working on entertainment products and experiences · Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging
