Do you want help change how we do consumer marketing as a company? Do you want to work with engineering and outbound marketing to help us identify, build, position, and market a great new Microsoft 365 Consumer business? We are looking for an exceptional product marketing manager to join a new team focused on building customer-focused products globally for Microsoft's various consumer services. The Modern Life and Devices Team defines the consumer vision, product management, business plans and go-to-market strategy for the Modern Life Solution Area and Microsoft's Devices business. As one of the company's largest multi-billion-dollar revenue businesses, the area includes the Windows platform and ecosystem, the Microsoft Surface device portfolio, Office 365 consumer services, Skype, Microsoft's intelligent agent in Cortana and search efforts with Bing, as well as the Microsoft Education Team. Understanding market trends and developing competitive product positioning. Understanding articulated and unarticulated needs of our customers, working across Customer Data and Analytics team, Research, customer support, and other customer listening systems. Shaping the definition of the target audience and landing value prop clarity for Outlook.com and Outlook Mobile; cultivate compelling roadmaps to reinforce it Develop the strategy and actions for the full customer journey. For this role we are seeking a passionate and experienced leader who blends excellent customer and product instincts with top-notch marketing and business experience. In this role you'll need to inspire colleagues with clear and actionable vision and create systems and processes that enable implementation at scale across a large partner organization. We strongly value customer centric thinking, creativity, data fluency, collaborative communications and the ability to spot opportunities across a broad set of inputs. 6+ years work experience in business roles such product management/product marketing
