The Alexa Privacy Team is looking for a seasoned product leader to help build features and mechanisms to understand key customer insights on privacy related matters; partner to define and influence the product roadmap and prioritization of Privacy features and most importantly develop a robust plan to help ally customers concerns on Privacy, both real and perceived. As a Principal, Product Management you’ll partner with teams across the Alexa organization to develop new metrics and programs to better define and measure our customer’s trust index with regards to Alexa devices. You will build benchmarking programs and customer studies to understand and prioritize key customer Privacy concerns and use this to influence product features and product roadmaps across Alexa devices and experiences. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with fast delivery time, rapid iteration, and data-driven decision-making. The right candidate will bring a good mix of
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience · 10+ years of relevant work experience in Product management · Demonstrated product management experience · 3+ years experience in developing new products and policies that impact cross organization teams · Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles · Demonstrated organizational skills, and ability to work independently and autonomously· Knowledge of Privacy challenges, industry compliance standards and benchmarking processes and additional advantage. · Understanding of psychology
