Senior Keynote Marketing Manager – AWS Global Summits (L6) Are you interested in using your marketing and program management skills to help enhance external communications efforts for Amazon Web Services (AWS)? The AWS keynote team is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to run onsite coordination for executive keynotes at our largest and most strategic Global Summit events. In this role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders including executive speakers, event teams, field marketing teams, onsite production teams, and third party vendors to ensure keynote best practices are followed and coordinate final onsite deliverables for the keynote. This includes driving technical rehearsals with the production team, managing offline and on-stage executive speaker
· 5+ years of relevant experience in an administrative, marketing, operations, or PR role. · Demonstrated success in managing multiple, high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment. · 5+ years of Experience with SalesForce and online collaboration tools including Quip and Box. · Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field of study. · Experience in B2B technology products or services strongly preferred. · A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and proven success delivering measurable results at a global level. · Skilled negotiator
