Develop content and delivery plan to provide self-paced online or instructor led training covering all of the Business Applications portfolio Develop and execute a certification strategy to ensure individuals within the customer, partner and field communities have the required functional skills for their roles Drive awareness and utilizations of learning programs and channels
• Demonstrated track record of success in product management or product marketing • Deep experience with developing technical readiness programs • Strong executive presence, cross-group collaboration and communication skills that drive influence among the senior leaders across a highly matrixed organization. • The ability to break giant amorphous problems into discrete solvable components and apply rigorous logic to arrive at solutions. • Responsibility for driving numerous work streams across cross-functional areas where there is no direct reporting structure.
