Come help engineering teams collaborate in the cloud with Azure DevOps - Microsoft's next generation of development tools and services. The Azure DevOps team aims to create great collaboration experiences to help the entire team work together to deliver great software. We are looking to increase our awareness among the general developer community through a series of initiatives, events, meetups, blog posts, videos, case studies, documentation, web pages, etc. We are looking for someone with creative ideas to partner with both engineering, field and marketing to get our messages out and build strong ties within the developer community around DevOps and Azure. This person will be a key part of a small team of Azure Program Managers embedded with-in the core product group and responsible for outreach, event presence, customer connection, social media, field and partner relationships to harness their passion for DevOps. Key Responsibilities: Interact with C-Level executives from our customers at executive briefings to share lessons learnt by Microsoft as we have transitioned to DevOps and discuss industry trends.Learn what the customer pain points are and bring back into the product group. Build strong customer relationships and industry credibility. Build strong relationships with-in Microsoft and help communicate how internal lessons learnt apply to challenges outside the company. Minimum of 4+ years prior experience in program management or other customer facing technical role Preferred Qualifications: Passionate about building customer relationships and sustaining communities. Proven track record of giving entertaining and dynamic talks at industry conferences. Industry credibility in one or more of DevOps, Agile, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment or Version Control. Understand of the DevOps market in general, the various products and solutions in this space, how they compliment and where they overlap. Experience creating technical content to help others learn
