This means we need someone skilled at building consensus across a diverse group of stakeholders with often conflicting priorities. Someone who can quickly distill strategy from a business objective, and then create a plan to tactically execute and deliver

This role is primarily responsible for planning, creating, and delivering learning and readiness tools to our global field team. This includes supervising the creation of content; traditional training courses, instructor-led training resources, video, even demo scripts or guides for retail experiences. Understanding of traditional and modern/social media will be critical as we have a massive community on various social platforms around the globe. Think tens of thousands of sellers, looking to you to understand the key messages and product info for each selling season. Here's roughly how this breaks
This diverse set of responsibilities requires a strong attention to detail and an ability to project manage effectively. All of this is to drive one result: sales. The sum of your work has to drive impact for our partners and our core business, and that means selling devices and services. Everything we do should be measured against impact. To have impact, there isn't a single "right way" or a perfect profile, but to be successful, we are looking for the following: Education; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communciation, Learning and Development, or equivalent industry experience required.
