The Consumer HR team is looking for an experienced Sr. HR Business Partner to partner with the Amazon Pay team. This role requires equal parts strategic thinking and diving deep into practical application with teams at all levels, around the world. Ability to travel 20-25%. You will partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies which are focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. In addition, this role will be accountable for driving key initiatives and projects in areas such as such as global organization design, diversity, and leadership development. · 8+ years of experience in an HR generalist leadership role · Proven ability to diagnose issues, drawing on both professional experience and strategic thinking skills, and drive appropriate solutions · Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies · Experience working with global teams, and driving organizational change initiatives and developing talent management plans for a global organization · Bachelor’s degree· Experience in executive coaching and assessing executive talent · Master’s degree in Human Resources or
