Amazon seeks an experienced, high performing Senior Financial Analyst to support the WW Recoveries teams. Recoveries is part of the Returns and ReCommerce org which is the single threaded owner for company cost-of-returns in addition to running our established Amazon owned off-price businesses (amazonwarehouse.com). The Recoveries team owns driving initiatives that increase recovery, reduce cost of returns, and improve sustainability, among others. As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner directly with the business and tech teams to identify the right business strategies, help define roadmaps, and provide guidance and reporting to Physical Consumer on the gross and net cost-of-returns. As a key member of the team, you will directly influence business decisions including customer experience, business model, pricing, and long term vision. You will help define and build our longer term approach in establishing “Returns as a Service” for our FBA and MFN customers. You will have a strong
· BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or similar discipline with analytical bias · 4+ years in financial/statistical/data analysis roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibility · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion · Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in an unstructured environment · Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with business partners and influence decisions · Comfortable handling large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to senior management
