Amazon seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Lifecycle Engagement Organization (LEO). The LEO team owns Customer Lifecycle segmentation and provides Amazon a consistent framework for comparing customer engagement across countries and over time, and creates a backbone against which we can unify the variety of customer segmentation frameworks around the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and partnering within the Finance function to forecast, analyze trends, create metrics and perform analysis to support strategic business decisions. This role will also be responsible for presenting data to senior leadership communicating the weekly/monthly/quarterly results to inform our investment decisions. Some of her/his responsibilities include but not limited to: · Perform timely and insightful analysis of financial results. Support financial review processes including weekly, monthly and quarterly business financial reviews, planning, forecasting, and ad hoc

· BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or similar discipline with analytical bias · +5-7 years in financial/statistical/data analysis roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibility · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion · Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in an unstructured environment · Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with business partners and influence decisions · Comfortable handling large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to senior management
