The Modern Workplace Commercial revenue team supports our core Productivity workloads across our M365 Business, including Office 365/EMS/Windows across both our Cloud and On-Premise businesses. Our business is growing, as our customer base shifts to premium subscription services and our addressable market continues to grow through innovative new product offerings. Our agile finance team supports multiple facets of the business, ranging from pricing and decision support to field enablement and rhythm of business cycles. This role would specifically focus on the Modern Desktop / Windows Commercial Revenue business, as Sr. Finance Manager. The Role will work in close partnership with stakeholders across finance and product marketing to run the team's revenue forecasting and long-range planning (LRP) model for the business. This necessitates the ability to take a long-range view of the drivers of the business. This is a high impact position with the potential to deliver direct and significant

• Run forecast, budget and LRP model for Windows Commercial • Own relationships with central finance and investor relations on KPI/metrics reporting, tools, processes, new initiatives, hierarchy and P and L structure • Partner effectively to drive alignment and business insight across commercial product finance teams (Office, C and E), field finance, Marketing and central controllership groups • Run the strategic LRP model for Windows Commercial, developing top level driver frameworks and modelling strategic business scenarios and opportunities • Be comfortable explaining to senior management the
Qualified candidates should have a combination of: 8+ years' experience in Finance with strong business partnering capabilities and analytical strength. Successful candidates have an understanding of revenue tools and processes. Proven track record of achieving exceptional results through influence where no direct line authority exists. Individual should be strong in presentation skills, with the ability to 'tell the story behind the numbers' and communicate complex financial messages clearly, simply and succinctly.
