Key responsibilities • Marketing and project management of the pilot program to identify success factors and optimization opportunities for awareness, training, onboarding, and implementation of gig in employees' workflows. • Plan and run in-person and online events to promote gig program awareness and participation. • Continually improve and iterate our internal marketing, content, placements, targeted messaging based on deeper insights from data, employee feedback, and research. • Work closely with the Engage Labs team to report-out progress and experiment with new methods and messaging to increase
Qualifications • 3+ years of technical product or audience marketing, evangelism, and/or community management experience. • 5-7 working experience designing, executing and measuring internal awareness campaigns, events and/or activities. • Experience building marketing initiatives, events and working across various organizations/roles to jointly develop and orchestrate plans that achieve business goals. • Excellent communication skills including messaging, copy and content creation. • Ability to engage and influence others across organizations, sometimes with conflicting goals and objectives. •
