Work with Microsoft News points of contact worldwide to improve monetization experiences and reinforce quality guidelines. Manage and enforce monetization quality guidelines (Native Ad Creative Acceptance Policy) across Microsoft News properties and ensure these guidelines align with the network's editorial tone and voice. Work across teams to create requirements and execute on tooling solutions to optimize monetization experiences. Manage monetization partner relationships to escalate ad violations, investigate and resolve systemic quality issues, hold periodic quality reviews and other activities
