Amazon's Consumer Customer Service (CS) department is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead complex initiatives related to Amazon CS Content. The role will report to the Manager, Program Management for Content Delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex medium- to large-scale content projects from initiation through delivery. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and delivering content across multiple languages. The content includes multiple topics, including website Help and internal associate-facing topics across several platforms. You will partner with internal technology and strategy teams to identify and implement the right tools, technology and architecture to deliver content. You will ensure high-quality output in a rapid, high volume environment, while also planning long-term

· Native English speaker · University degree · Demonstrated project management experience, in particular with complex content initiatives and senior stakeholder management · Excellent oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, support scope of requirements and prioritize. · Experience working with a CMS platform, DITA, SDL Trados and intermediate HTML and/or XML skills · Strong data analysis skills; bias for data-based decision making · Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, technical environment· Experience working
