The role will report to the Manager, Program Management for Content Delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex medium- to large-scale content projects from initiation through delivery. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and delivering content across multiple languages. The content includes multiple topics, including website Help and internal associate-facing topics across several platforms. You will partner with internal technology and strategy teams to identify and implement the right tools, technology and architecture to deliver content.
