This team of coordinators are the face of Amazon to our candidates and work to provide world class service as they take candidates through the interview process. They are highly customer service oriented, have extreme attention to detail, and multi task like pros. · Bachelor's Degree · 3+ years building, coaching, mentoring (and/or managing) a high volume operational team in a high-tech corporate environment · 5+ years’ previous Human Resources and/or Recruiting experience · Experience working in an ATS · Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results· 3+ years managing a team in a corporate recruiting environment · Experience with corporate level recruiting · Operations, data analytics, and program management experience · Ability to identify process improvements and make sound recommendations · Ability to identify and resolve issues independently,
