The Microsoft Engineering and Operations Talent Acquisition team is an evolving and dynamic organization – where your work and input will help directly influence our future. Our team is looking for an experienced Gaming Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop and deliver a talent acquisition strategy and execution plan to hire top technical talent across our Gaming Platform Engineering teams. Successful candidates will have in depth knowledge of the Gaming Industry, with strong network connections and an appreciation to both the art and science of Games/Engineering recruiting and the nuance therein. Our team manages full-cycle recruiting and partners closely with stakeholders across the business, HR, operations, and finance. Key Opportunities for this Role:   Lead recruiting efforts respective to our Gaming Platform teams. Drive Talent Engagement: Cultivate different sources of talent and maintain an active presence in pipeline development including unique and non-traditional sources. Interact with our internal talent sourcing organization and grow institutional expertise in Gaming. Assist in conference strategy and execution for key industry events such as GDC. Partner with our Diversity sourcing team to meet diversity hiring initiatives.  Conduct interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate
Minimum 2+ years corporate recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting Prior experience recruiting/sourcing in Gaming/Entertainment including Game Engine, 3D graphics, VR/AR, and creative (including art, rigging and animation) profiles required. Engineering recruiting experience and technical acumen (knowledge and application), business acumen, and demonstrated expertise of competitive talent landscape in Gaming and/or Entertainment. Proven ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines for both short and long term hiring needs using a variety of tools including credit
