If so, you might be perfect for this job! Microsoft's Speech and Language group is looking for a talented and experienced Program Manager to help drive innovation in AI and speech technology. Speech recognition is instrumental to natural interaction with digital assistants, bots, and agent experiences. You will drive product direction by working with partners to define speech experiences, analyzing speech data and customer feedback to deliver actionable insights and define the next generation of platform capabilities. Our services are deployed in 30+ languages, across several different devices and operating systems.

We are looking for a Program Manager with passion for driving improvements to customer experiences leveraging strong collaboration skills and data driven approaches. As a PM your responsibilities will range from defining the speech interaction
Bachelors in computer science or related discipline required. MS/or PhD in computer science or a related discipline preferred Minimum 3 years of related work experience in product/program management Tracking record of managing/inspiring a group of talents Excellent interpersonal oral and written communications skills across disciplines Proven experience driving work across multiple teams Familiar with software development processes and data driven engineering and have proven past experiences as a Program Manager across multiple release cycles Demonstrated experience working with machine learning
