The core mission of the Prime Video Compliance and Classification team is to enforce global and territory-specific compliance policies and apply accurate and thorough classification and rating elements for PV content worldwide. · Bachelor’s degree · 5+ years of professional experience in roles requiring data analysis, program management, workflow improvement, creative problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration · Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to work with business owners to define key business questions and to build data sets that answer those questions · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Expertise in data analysis and management · Demonstrated ability to create tangible goals and priorities in a complex and ambiguous space · Experience working with partners and stakeholders
