* BS/MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent industry experience. * 7+ years of industry experience. * 2+ years of management or TPM experience. * 2+ years of experience as a developer in any major language * 2+ years of experience building scalable infrastructure software for commercial online services. * Have experience driving security programs. * Have experience in the development of security products. * Self-drive to keep moving things forward even in the face of ambiguity and imperfect knowledge (avoid “analysis paralysis”). * Strong demonstrated ability to drive incremental improvements
