This position will drive

• HS Diploma or AA Degree • 4+ years of call/contact center Operations experience • 3+ years of Project or Program Management experience • Experience in Process Improvement (Kaizen or Lean/Six Sigma) • Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications • Strong communication (both verbal and written) • Ability to travel 10% or more (Domestically and Internationally) • BA/BS, MBA or Advanced Degree highly preferred • Process Improvement certification (Kaizen or Lean/Six Sigma) • Self-driven and ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment • 4+ years of experience as a people manager in a
