Amazon Air is seeking a highly motivated individual to be a part of the Amazon Air Carrier Management team to innovate, manage, and create new air-related solutions and partner with third party vendors and other Amazon business units across our North America Fulfillment network to delight our customers. The Program Manager will be responsible for identifying, designing, developing, and executing new aviation processes, policies, goals and solutions that increase delivery efficiency, reduce errors, decrease costs, and improve the company’s overall transportation program. This position will work with airline and other partners to develop scalable long-term solutions to improve economics and create innovative relationships with airline and airport business partners. This position will work across the organization to find solutions to complex problems. · Bachelor’s degree in aviation, business, operations management, industrial engineering or related field · 3+ years of progressive airline operations (dispatch or flight operations) or vendor management related responsibilities · Must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel.
