We are looking for someone who would love to get behind that search box and build relevant and beautiful experiences to satisfy the user's questions. You will get to work on helping answer user's tough search questions from our knowledge of the web and Satori. The ideal person will be passionate, thinks metrics, willing to experiment (aka get told your hypothesis is wrong) and have fun doing it! The person is likely already swimming in metrics, data and dashboards. The candidate should have with deep technical expertise, user empathy and experience with creating scalable solutions, though ok with hand crafting it. Over it all, you need a passion improving search and helping our users find what they are looking and delight them.
Improve entity search results for query text and speech Develop plans for A/B testing your feature areas across product canvases Build insights by query, user feedback analysis, user studies or partner team needs to capture pain points and product gaps Take those insights and distill them down to into concrete features or actions Write feature specs, manage and track key issues, and manage team execution. Collaborate and drive requirements to partner teams who might be upstream in stack Drive requirements for new experiences with UX teams if needed to deliver user satisfaction Create and drive
Strong analytical skills Good understanding of big data, machine learning concepts and data mining General knowledge web technologies, such as .NET, ASP, XML/HTML, AJAX, Web services, etc. BA/BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline 2+ years program management or related experience involving feature development. 1+ years of experience with A/B testing, experimentation and data analysis.
