Lead Minecraft: Education Edition worldwide customer support efforts, including management of front-line support vendor resources and key customer escalations, and delivery of 'how-to' documentation. Work directly with customers, including IT admins and educators, to identify and remove purchase, deployment, activation and usage blockers in schools. Bring clarity to complex scenarios and translate customer feedback into usability and supportability improvements to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement of the customer experience. 5+ years of professional experience in information technology consulting, technology implementation, technical program management or service engineering. Subject matter expertise in and around Office 365 admin features, deployment and license management, and Azure Active Directory auth/identity services. Excellent leadership skills including ability to concisely frame complex problems, design simple solutions, and drive implementation collaboratively across teams. Deep passion for quality user experiences, informed and measured by data. Track record of strong education or enterprise customer engagements
