The Selling Partner Fulfillment team seeks to improve the customer experience on Amazon.com by working directly with Selling Partners on Amazon’s marketplace to improve their supply chain and fulfillment capabilities across their business. Our team will invent and innovate across technology, processes and people to grow the program, improve engagement and satisfaction and enable scalable solutions. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Program Manager who will identify opportunities and build scalable solutions by partnering with teams across the org to enable world class fulfillment. The ideal candidate is able to independently uncover insights from both large data sets and qualitative anecdotes, articulate ideas and requirements in a clear and concise manner, and deliver results by influencing senior leaders and business teams. The role’s key responsibilities will include:
· Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of Program Management experience, ideally in a large, high-growth e-commerce environment · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to defend ideas and investments, and present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, including executive levels in the company · Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions · Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business insights · Experience defining user stories
